Balance effort and ease. Strength and surrender. Movement and stillness.
Yin Yang Yoga is a beautifully balanced practice that weaves together the dynamic, heat-building qualities of Yang with the nourishing, slow, and meditative essence of Yin.
The first half of the class is Yang-focused, a strong, flowing sequence designed to build strength, mobility, and warmth in the body. Expect mindful transitions, steady breath, and energising movement that awakens the muscles, stimulates circulation, and helps you shake off mental and physical stagnation. This portion of the practice is outward-facing, activating our solar energy and cultivating presence, focus, and vitality.
As the practice unfolds, we gradually soften and slow down, transitioning into a more somatic, intuitive way of moving. This gentle bridge invites the nervous system to settle, guiding you from effort into ease.
The final portion of the class is a deeply restorative Yin practice, where postures are held for longer periods and supported with props. Here, we work into the deeper layers of the body, the fascia, joints, and connective tissues, while cultivating stillness, patience, and inner awareness. This lunar, inward-facing energy encourages release, reflection, and a sense of grounding and calm.

Bhakti is the Yoga of devotion, a conscious, heartfelt relationship with life itself.
This gentle morning gathering invites you into Bhakti Circle, Doncaster’s first community Kirtan: a shared devotional experience rooted in Saṅkīrtana, the communal expression of Bhakti Yoga through sound and song.
Saṅkīrtana is the practice of coming together in mantra and music to enliven the heart, regulate the nervous system, and strengthen our sense of connection, to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater than words.
This circle is open to all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and identities.
No belief system is required, only openness.
You’re welcome to:
Sing, hum, or listen
Sit quietly or close your eyes
Be held by sound rather than perform it
Hosted by Shannon (@flowwithshan), this is her first Kirtan offering.
The intention is simple and clear:
to create a financially accessible, authentic devotional space rooted in community.
During the session, you’ll be gently guided through:
Grounding breathwork
Short meditation
Group mantra chanting
supported by live harmonium music

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of profound rest, a place where the body sleeps, the mind softens, and awareness remains gently awake.
In this session, you will be guided to lie down, fully supported, and do nothing.
No postures to hold. No breath to control. No expectations to meet.
This is not a practice of effort. It is a practice of listening.
Yoga Nidra works by guiding awareness through layers of the body, breath, and inner experience, allowing the nervous system to deeply reset. As the body rests, the mind naturally moves out of its habitual patterns and into a more spacious, receptive state, often described as the space between waking and dreaming.
From this place, clarity emerges without force.
This offering is especially supportive if you:
Feel mentally overstimulated or emotionally overwhelmed
Struggle to truly rest, even when you’re tired
Are navigating change, transition, or inner questioning
Want to explore energy, intuition, or creativity in a grounded and safe way
Feel curious about deeper states of consciousness without spiritual pressure
Rather than trying to “raise” or “move” energy, Yoga Nidra allows energy to settle into its own intelligence. Sensations, emotions, or subtle feelings may arise, warmth, stillness, heaviness, lightness, all of which are welcomed without needing to act on them or analyse them.
This creates a powerful container for integration.
Nothing is suppressed. Nothing is forced.
Each session is guided with care, trauma-aware language, and an emphasis on choice, neutrality, and self-trust. You are always in control of your experience, even as you let go.
You may leave feeling:
Deeply rested and grounded
Clearer in your inner voice
Calm yet subtly energised
More connected to your body and intuition
Gently reset,mentally, emotionally, and energetically
Yoga Nidra is suitable for all levels. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided.

Ignite your strength, focus, and inner fire in this empowering full-body workout.

The heat supports muscle engagement, increases circulation, and encourages a powerful detox through sweat, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.
Expect clear, supportive cues, core-focused sequences, and a balanced rhythm that challenges your body while honouring your limits. This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, and offers the perfect balance of intensity and mindfulness.
A transformative practice that builds not just physical strength, but mental clarity and confidence too.

Did someone say sober rave?
Yes, but softer, deeper, and far more intentional.
Ānanda is a Sanskrit word meaning bliss, a felt sense of joy and aliveness that arises from within when the body, breath, and awareness are in harmony.
This Cacao & Ecstatic Dance experience is designed to help you reconnect with that feeling through ritual, movement, and music.

From there, we’ll move into somatic exploration and finish with an ecstatic dance journey, a space to move freely, expressively, and without judgement.
There is no choreography, no pressure, and no expectation to move in any particular way. You’re invited to dance, rest, sway, or simply be, listening to your body and following what feels true.

Rebirthing breathwork is a gentle yet powerful breathing practice that helps you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been held beneath the surface for a long time.
Through conscious connected breathing, the body is given space to release stored stress, unprocessed emotions, and patterns shaped by past experiences. Trauma is not only stored in the mind, but in the nervous system and body. Rebirthing breathwork works beyond words, supporting emotional release, regulation, and a deeper sense of inner safety.
People often experience:
Emotional release and relief from long-held tension
A sense of clarity, grounding, and emotional lightness
Greater connection to the body and breath
Insight into patterns linked to trauma, stress, or overwhelm
A feeling of reset within the nervous system
Rebirthing breathwork uses a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern to activate the body’s natural healing intelligence. When we breathe this way, we gently move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, where unresolved emotions and trauma are often stored.
Rather than forcing anything, the breath allows suppressed feelings to surface and release safely. This can reduce emotional charge, calm the nervous system, and help people feel more grounded, present, and at ease in their body.
No experience needed.
Just arrive with curiosity and open lungs.

This workshop is an exploration of headstand as a mindful, intelligent practice, not a rush to get upside down.
We’ll break headstand down step by step, focusing on strength, alignment, confidence, and nervous system safety. You’ll learn how to prepare the body properly, how to use the wall and props effectively, and how to build a headstand that feels stable, supported, and sustainable.
This session is just as much about the journey as the pose itself. Whether you’re working toward your first headstand, refining your technique, or simply curious about inversions, you’ll be guided with options that meet you exactly where you are.
What we’ll explore:
Shoulder, core, and upper-body preparation
Proper head, neck, and arm placement
Safe ways to enter and exit headstand
Using the wall, blocks, and variations
Overcoming fear and building trust upside down
When not to practice headstand
No pressure to balance freely in prep stages is fully welcome.
Suitable for:
Those with some yoga experience who want to deepen their inversion practice in a safe, supportive environment.
Not suitable for:
Recent neck injuries, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, or if advised otherwise by a medical professional.

This immersive Quantum Breathwork & Sound Journey is an invitation to move beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience, where breath, vibration, and awareness open a gateway to the deeper intelligence of the body and the quantum field.
In this two-hour session, we weave conscious breathwork with a deeply restorative sound journey to explore what is often referred to as the quantum veil, the subtle, unseen field of energy, information, and possibility that exists beneath physical form.
Drawing inspiration from pioneers of mind–body science and consciousness studies such as Deepak Chopra and Dr Joe Dispenza, this session explores the idea that the body is not just a physical structure, but an energetic, responsive system, constantly shaped by breath, attention, emotion, and intention.
What to expect
Guided quantum breathwork to regulate the nervous system and shift brainwave states
An exploration of the quantum field, explained in accessible, grounded language
Somatic awareness practices to help you feel into the body beyond thought
A live sound journey using instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones
Space for deep rest, emotional release, insight, and integration
Breathwork acts as the bridge, moving you from surface awareness into deeper layers of perception. Sound then carries you further, allowing the body to soften, reorganise, and attune to subtle frequencies where healing and insight naturally occur.
Why this practice
Modern science and ancient wisdom meet here. As quantum theory suggests, observation changes reality. In this session, we turn awareness inward, allowing the body and nervous system to remember their innate capacity for balance, coherence, and self-regulation.
No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed. This is a felt experience, not an intellectual one.

This Mother’s Day, you are invited into a deeply nourishing and heartfelt space to honour motherhood in all its forms, personal, ancestral, and collective.
Whether your mother is with us or not…
Whether your relationship is close, complicated, tender, or still healing…
Whether you are a mother, long to be one, or simply wish to honour the feminine lineage that lives within you…
We all came from one.
This two-hour Sound Bath & Meditation is a gentle yet powerful invitation to pause, soften, and remember the women who came before us, the foremothers whose strength, wisdom, resilience, and love live on through our bodies.
Honouring the Wise Women Before Us
Throughout this session, we call upon the archetypal energies of the ancient feminine:
The Earth Mother: the giver of life, nourishment, and unconditional presence
The Matriarch: keeper of family, memory, and tradition
The Healer Woman: midwife, herbalist, medicine carrier
The Wise Crone: elder, seer, and guardian of truth and cycles
These women existed across cultures and generations, often unrecognised, yet deeply powerful.
This practice is a moment to bow to their presence, and to the feminine wisdom still alive within you.
The Sound Journey
You will be guided through a deeply restorative sound journey using:
Crystal singing bowls
Chimes
Handpan
Harmonium
The only living, breathing instrument, the human voice
Voice carries memory.
It moves through layers untouched by words. In this space, sound becomes a bridge, connecting body, heart, and lineage.
Ancestral Healing Meditation
The session includes a guided ancestral healing meditation, offering space to:
Acknowledge inherited patterns held in the body
Release what is no longer yours to carry
Honour grief, love, and complexity without needing to fix or force
Reconnect with a sense of belonging and continuity
This is not about revisiting stories, but about creating safety, compassion, and reverence within the nervous system.
This space is for you if:
You wish to honour your mother or treat her to a nourishing experience
You are navigating grief, distance, or healing around motherhood
You want to connect with your feminine lineage
You feel called to rest, receive, and remember

Spring Equinox Sister Circle
We gather in sacred circle to honour the Spring Equinox, a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, rest and renewal, inward reflection and outward growth.
This Sister Circle marks a special homecoming, the first circle hosted by @flowwithshan in over a year. A gentle, heart-led return to community, ritual, and shared presence.
Together, we will create space to soften, reflect, and reconnect as the seasons shift. Expect an evening woven with intention and warmth, including guided journalling, a nourishing share circle, devotional kirtan, and grounding meditation.
The Spring Equinox invites us to plant new seeds with clarity and trust, releasing what no longer serves and welcoming fresh beginnings. This circle is an invitation to arrive exactly as you are, held in sisterhood, supported in expression, and guided back to balance within.
A celebration of renewal, connection, and coming home to yourself.

There is a moment in the year when the light and the dark meet as equals.
A quiet pause in the turning of the seasons.
A threshold.
The Spring Equinox marks the return of warmth, colour, and possibility, a time of birth, new beginnings, and gentle becoming. Nature begins to stir again. Seeds break open beneath the soil. What has been resting starts to rise.
This Sister Circle is a space to meet yourself in that same moment of emergence.
To the body. To the heart. To the wisdom of Mama Gaia as she shifts and softens around us.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through a nourishing journey of meditation, self-love practices, and ritual, all inspired by the elements and the changing season. We’ll work intuitively with oracle cards, reflect on what is ready to be released, and gently plant intentions for what you are ready to grow.
This is a space for connection, to yourself, to sisterhood, and to the quiet divine intelligence that moves through the natural world and lives within you too.
You don’t need to know what your next chapter looks like.
You don’t need to have clear intentions or big plans.
Come and sit in circle.
Come and remember your rhythm.
Come and blossom, slowly 🌸

You are not random, your energy is certainly not chaotic and your patterns are not accidents.
They are elemental.
In this immersive 2.5-hour Elemental Yoga Workshop, we journey through the five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and ether, not as abstract ideas, but as living forces shaping your body, breath, emotions, and nervous system.
Through the lens of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, we’ll explore how these elements combine to form your unique constitution, your Prakruti.
Why you burn out or feel heavy.
Why you overthink or feel stuck.
Why rest doesn’t always rest you, and movement doesn’t always move you.
This is not surface-level yoga.
This is self-study.
This is learning how nature moves through you.
Across the session, we’ll move through practices designed to stir, balance, and integrate the elements:
🔥 Pranayama to regulate fire, calm air, and awaken dormant energy
🌊 Meditation to sense where you’re flowing, and where you’re resisting
🌱 Dynamic Vinyasa to build heat, strength, and transformation
🌬 Deep Yin to soften tissues, slow the nervous system, and access the subtle body
🜁 Guided journalling to translate sensation into insight, understanding into wisdom
Some moments will be fluid. Some will be still. Some will feel expansive. Some will ask you to sit in discomfort and listen.
This workshop is for you if:
– you feel out of sync with yourself
– you’re craving depth in Yoga, not just movement
– you want to understand your energy, not override it
– you’re ready to stop forcing and start aligning
You’ll leave with:
• a deeper understanding of your elemental makeup
• embodied tools you can use on and off the mat
• practices that support regulation, clarity, and vitality
• a felt sense of why certain practices work for you
This is yoga that asks questions.
This is breath that shifts patterns.
This is movement that remembers its roots.

NeuroRest is not just a sound bath.
It is a method, a science-informed, deeply intentional approach to rest that blends the structured awareness of Yoga Nidra with the vibrational power of crystal sound to guide the nervous system into genuine repair.
In a world that rarely lets us truly stop, NeuroRest offers something different. Not surface-level relaxation. Not passive listening. But a guided descent into the states of consciousness where healing, regulation, and restoration naturally occur.
What NeuroRest Is
NeuroRest is a Yoga Nidra–inspired sound experience designed to support nervous system regulation, brainwave slowing, and deep embodied rest.
Through precise verbal guidance, the body is led systematically into safety and stillness, releasing muscular tension, softening mental activity, and downshifting out of stress-based patterns. As the mind and body settle, crystal singing bowls are played with intention, using vibration and frequency to support the brain’s natural movement from high beta (thinking, doing, stress) into alpha, theta, and delta states, where rest becomes restorative rather than superficial.
This pairing is what makes NeuroRest distinct.
Yoga Nidra provides the pathway. Sound provides the amplification.
The Science Behind the Experience
NeuroRest works directly with the autonomic nervous system, supporting a shift from sympathetic activation (fight, flight, freeze) into parasympathetic regulation, the state in which the body can digest, repair, integrate, and restore.
Benefits may include:
reduced stress and cortisol signalling
improved sleep quality
enhanced emotional regulation
nervous system recalibration
a felt sense of safety, grounding, and clarity
What Makes NeuroRest Different
Most sound baths are passive. Most meditations rely on focus or effort. NeuroRest is nervous-system-led.
It meets the body first, not the mind.
It uses structure, safety, and sensation to access rest states that thinking alone cannot reach.
This is why many people experience NeuroRest as deeper than sleep, clearer than meditation, and more regulating than relaxation alone.
Who This Is For
NeuroRest is for you if:
your nervous system feels overstimulated or exhausted
rest doesn’t come easily
you struggle to switch off or fully relax
you’re craving depth, not distraction
you want rest that lasts beyond the mat

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful embodied practice that uses conscious connected breathing to access expanded states of awareness and deep inner healing. Guided by music and intention, this journey invites you to move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body and spirit.
During the session, you’ll be guided to breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm while lying down in a safe, supportive space. This style of breath can activate emotional release, energetic clearing, and profound insight. Experiences vary and may include physical sensations, emotional release, imagery, or a deep sense of clarity and connection.
The practice is rooted in ancient shamanic traditions where breath is used as a bridge between worlds: the conscious and subconscious, the physical and the energetic.
Benefits of Shamanic Breathwork
• Emotional release and stress reduction
• Clearing of stagnant or stuck energy
• Greater self-awareness and inner clarity
• Release of old patterns, trauma, or limiting beliefs
• Enhanced intuition and spiritual connection
• Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe and surrender to the process. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected.

This creates a powerful container for integration.
Nothing is suppressed. Nothing is forced.
Each session is guided with care, trauma-aware language, and an emphasis on choice, neutrality, and self-trust. You are always in control of your experience, even as you let go.
You may leave feeling:

Here, we work into the deeper layers of the body, the fascia, joints, and connective tissues, while cultivating stillness, patience, and inner awareness. This lunar, inward-facing energy encourages release, reflection, and a sense of grounding and calm.
