
This Handstand Workshop is a supportive, skill-focused session designed to help you explore handstands safely, confidently, and with curiosity, whether you’re brand new to being upside down or looking to refine your foundation.
Rather than chasing the “perfect” handstand, we’ll focus on building the strength, awareness, and trust needed to move toward inversion with ease and control.
You’ll be guided through:
safe and progressive handstand preparation
shoulder strength and stability
core engagement and alignment
wall-supported handstand drills
techniques for balance, confidence, and fear management
Expect clear guidance, individual support, and plenty of options to meet you exactly where you are.
This workshop is about learning, experimenting, and building trust in your body, not performing or pushing beyond your limits.
No prior handstand experience is required, just a willingness to explore and have a go.
