Yoga For Hips - Flow From Home (Zoom)

Yoga For Hips is a class dedicated to opening, strengthening, and liberating the hips. Practised in a gently heated room, this session blends dynamic movement with deep stretches to unlock tension, increase mobility, and cultivate a powerful sense of grounding.
