Did someone say sober rave?
Yes, but softer, deeper, and far more intentional.
Ānanda is a Sanskrit word meaning bliss, a felt sense of joy and aliveness that arises from within when the body, breath, and awareness are in harmony.
This Cacao & Ecstatic Dance experience is designed to help you reconnect with that feeling through ritual, movement, and music.
We’ll begin with a gentle cacao ceremony to open the heart and arrive fully in the body, followed by guided meditation and breath to soften the mind. From there, we’ll move into somatic exploration and finish with an ecstatic dance journey, a space to move freely, expressively, and without judgement.
There is no choreography, no pressure, and no expectation to move in any particular way. You’re invited to dance, rest, sway, or simply be, listening to your body and following what feels true.
This is a celebration of embodiment, presence, and joy, without substances, without performance, and without needing to be anything other than yourself.
