We all come to the mat for different reasons.
You may want to build strength, improve your flexibility and mobility, ease physical or emotional tension, support your mental wellbeing or work towards a specific goal within your practice.
One-to-one yoga gives you dedicated time, personalised guidance and a practice created entirely around you.
Your session may include:
• Personalised yoga flows
• Inversion practice
• Headstand and forearm-stand preparation
• Strengthening drills
• Deep stretching and mobility
• Support with specific postures
• Alignment and technique guidance
• Hands-on adjustments
• Meditation and breathwork
• Yoga philosophy
• Private sound healing
• A personalised one-to-one sound bath
You may choose a single session for focused support or book a package of four sessions so that we can work progressively towards your goals.
You do not need to arrive with a specific goal. We can discuss what you would like support with and create a session that feels right for you.
