Hot Hips

Hot Hips is a heat-infused yoga class dedicated to opening, strengthening, and liberating the hips. Practised in a gently heated room, this session blends dynamic movement with deep stretches to unlock tension, increase mobility, and cultivate a powerful sense of grounding.

The warmth helps soften the muscles, allowing your body to move more freely and release stored stress and emotion. Expect a fiery yet deeply therapeutic flow that leaves you feeling lighter, stronger, and more spacious from the inside out.
