Elemental Yoga Workshop

You are not random, your energy is certainly not chaotic and your patterns are not accidents.

They are elemental.

In this immersive 2.5-hour Elemental Yoga Workshop, we journey through the five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and ether, not as abstract ideas, but as living forces shaping your body, breath, emotions, and nervous system.

Through the lens of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, we’ll explore how these elements combine to form your unique constitution, your Prakruti.

Why you burn out or feel heavy.

Why you overthink or feel stuck.

Why rest doesn’t always rest you, and movement doesn’t always move you.

This is not surface-level yoga.

This is self-study.

This is learning how nature moves through you.

Across the session, we’ll move through practices designed to stir, balance, and integrate the elements:

🔥 Pranayama to regulate fire, calm air, and awaken dormant energy

🌊 Meditation to sense where you’re flowing, and where you’re resisting

🌱 Dynamic Vinyasa to build heat, strength, and transformation

🌬 Deep Yin to soften tissues, slow the nervous system, and access the subtle body

🜁 Guided journalling to translate sensation into insight, understanding into wisdom

Some moments will be fluid. Some will be still. Some will feel expansive. Some will ask you to sit in discomfort and listen.

This workshop is for you if:
