Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of profound rest, a place where the body sleeps, the mind softens, and awareness remains gently awake.

In this session, you will be guided to lie down, fully supported, and do nothing.

No postures to hold. No breath to control. No expectations to meet.

This is not a practice of effort. It is a practice of listening.

Yoga Nidra works by guiding awareness through layers of the body, breath, and inner experience, allowing the nervous system to deeply reset. As the body rests, the mind naturally moves out of its habitual patterns and into a more spacious, receptive state, often described as the space between waking and dreaming.

From this place, clarity emerges without force.

This offering is especially supportive if you:

  • Feel mentally overstimulated or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Struggle to truly rest, even when you’re tired

  • Are navigating change, transition, or inner questioning

  • Want to explore energy, intuition, or creativity in a grounded and safe way

Rather than trying to “raise” or “move” energy, Yoga Nidra allows energy to settle into its own intelligence. Sensations, emotions, or subtle feelings may arise, warmth, stillness, heaviness, lightness, all of which are welcomed without needing to act on them or analyse them.

This creates a powerful container for integration.

Nothing is suppressed. Nothing is forced.

Each session is guided with care, trauma-aware language, and an emphasis on choice, neutrality, and self-trust. You are always in control of your experience, even as you let go.
