A grounded, strength-building practice in a heated room
Hot Slow Flow is a slower-paced, mindful yoga class designed to build strength, mobility and deep awareness, all within a gently heated space.
The heat allows the body to warm gradually, encouraging deeper connection to breath, longer holds, and more intentional transitions. This is not a fast or power-based class. Instead, we move with control, steadiness and presence.
Expect:
• Slow, controlled sequencing
• Longer-held postures
• Breath-led movement
• Deep stretching and mobility work
• Space to build both strength and calm
The pace is steady and accessible, making it suitable for those who enjoy moving slowly and working deeply.
🌡️ Important: Heated Class Guidance
The studio will be heated, and practicing in warmth affects the cardiovascular system and hydration levels.
Please:
• Bring a large towel (or two)
• Bring plenty of water
• Arrive well hydrated
• Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class
• Listen to your body and rest whenever needed
