Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful embodied practice that uses conscious connected breathing to access expanded states of awareness and deep inner healing. Guided by music and intention, this journey invites you to move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body and spirit.

During the session, you’ll be guided to breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm while lying down in a safe, supportive space. This style of breath can activate emotional release, energetic clearing, and profound insight. Experiences vary and may include physical sensations, emotional release, imagery, or a deep sense of clarity and connection.

The practice is rooted in ancient shamanic traditions where breath is used as a bridge between worlds: the conscious and subconscious, the physical and the energetic.
