Yoga Nidra 1 (45 Minutes)

Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. This practice supports nervous system regulation, stress release, and profound relaxation, allowing you to soften physically, mentally, and emotionally.

For this session, you will need to lie completely flat on your back, ideally on a yoga mat. Cover the body with a blanket to keep yourself warm, as your temperature may drop as you relax. This practice can also be done in bed; however, please remove the pillow from beneath your head so the spine can rest in a neutral position.

Once you are settled, there is nothing to do and nowhere to go. Simply allow yourself to be guided.
