Yoga: Air Flow 30 Minutes (Pancha Mahabhuta’s)

This Air Element class focuses on movement as meditation, flowing, spiralling, and softening through the body to create space both physically and mentally. Guided by the energy of the heart chakra (Anahata) and the bija mantra Yam, you’ll be invited to deepen your relationship with the breath through gentle, fluid transitions, backbends and heart openers.

Perfect for when you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in your head, this class helps to regulate the nervous system, ease overthinking, and bring you back into a state of calm clarity and openness.
