Free Your Flow is a 90-minute journey into embodied dance, somatic movement, and flow state, designed to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm and move in a way that feels intuitive and completely your own.
This is not about choreography or getting it “right.”
It’s about feeling. Listening. Letting your body lead.
