This isn’t just a book club, it’s a space for Svādhyāya, the yogic practice of self-study.
Once a month we gather at the studio to explore meaningful spiritual books together. Through shared conversation and reflection, we unpack the wisdom within the pages and how it applies to our own lives.
This is a relaxed and welcoming space where curiosity, insight, and thoughtful discussion are encouraged.
How it works
Free to attend
We read one short book every month, giving everyone plenty of time to read at their own pace without pressure.
We meet on the first Friday of every month at the studio for a 90-minute session.
Each session includes
Open conversation about the chapters we’ve read
Shared reflections and insights from the book
Exploring themes through the lens of yoga philosophy and personal growth
Quiet reading time together to close the evening
Free herbal tea

There is also be a private WhatsApp group for members of the book club where we can:
share reflections and favourite quotes
discuss the book between sessions
ask questions and continue the conversation
