Foundation Flow has been designed as the perfect starting point for beginners. This class offers a supportive, educational, and empowering introduction to yoga, but this isn’t just for beginners.

We strongly encourage practitioners of all levels to return to Foundation Flow regularly to deepen their understanding of asana, refine alignment, strengthen breath awareness, and reconnect with the true roots of yoga.
